Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, package, and label medications
  • Arrange surgical tools and instruments
  • Process billing for third-party insurance providers
  • Handle claims related to health insurance or workers' compensation
  • Perform various clerical tasks
  • Manage orders for supplies and equipment
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments
  • Support healthcare professionals in their duties
Qualifications
  • Proficient in computer applications: MS Office, MS Windows, MS Word
  • Physical and work conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, physically demanding tasks, ability to stand for long periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal attributes: Accuracy, dependability, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, awareness of interpersonal dynamics, good judgment, organizational skills, teamwork, flexibility, initiative, and reliability
