Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at LAY HOME REMODELING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, preparing production reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work
  • Prepare and submit production reports, including materials and labor costs
  • Train or arrange for training of construction staff
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Organized and reliable with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Permanent work term
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
