Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Services Manager to join our team at Vitalité Health Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and monitoring the activities of the Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Social Work departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the departments to provide quality services to patients, employees, and visitors.
  • Manage human and financial resources, performance management, collection of statistics, training, and continuing education.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, Vitalité Health Network's policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with regional projects and adhere to the organization's management philosophy and code of organizational values.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve departmental performance and patient outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and research to inform decision-making and improve services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized university in a health profession.
  • Minimum of three years of recent management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Member of a professional association in a health profession, preferably a discipline under the department's supervision.
  • Written and spoken competence in French and English in accordance with the existing language policy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
