Position Overview

The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for guests during their stay at Comfort Inn & Suites. This position involves various responsibilities aimed at maintaining the hotel's operations during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Welcome arriving guests and efficiently assign rooms.
  • Reservation Management: Handle group arrivals and departures, including taking, canceling, and modifying room bookings.
  • Information Provision: Offer insights about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Check-Out Procedures: Manage guest departures, calculate charges, and process payments.
  • Financial Accountability: Balance cash and complete necessary financial documentation, including cash reports.
  • Room Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of room availability and assignments.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to emergency protocols and safety procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Assistance: Provide support to guests with special requirements.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Work Environment

This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The Night Auditor is expected to work 40 hours per week in a permanent position, primarily using English as the working language.

Experience Requirements
