Position Overview

As a Construction Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the financial planning and management of construction projects at Calgary Granite & Marble (2008) Ltd.. Your expertise in estimating costs will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a related field or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for various construction projects.
  • Calculate and prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads associated with projects.
  • Maintain an organized directory of suppliers and trade contractors to streamline procurement processes.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors regarding any changes or adjustments to cost estimates.
