About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Howard Johnson Grande Prairie. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Scheduling and Staff Management: Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to meet the needs of the hotel.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
