Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Bhagyalaxmi Hospitality Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new housekeeping staff.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy loads.
