Job Summary

The Lounge Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the lounge area.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • ProServe program certification.
  • Aloha Point of Sale (POS) system experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
