  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory records, and manage kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Team Management: Recruit and hire staff, manage kitchen operations, and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and working under pressure.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
