Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Oak & Cru Restaurant. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and serving drinks
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to management
  • Process all payment methods and maintain accurate cash handling
  • Count bank at end of shift and complete designated cashier reports
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • License or certification not required

Working Conditions

This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. You will also be required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
