Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and teach fencing techniques and athletic skills
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of training sessions
  • Lead both individual and group training sessions
  • Design and implement engaging recreational and sports activities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of fencing equipment
  • Prepare detailed reports on training progress
  • Apply principles of group dynamics in coaching
  • Provide lifestyle and wellness information to participants
  • Conduct specialized recreational activities for clients with unique needs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Organize and manage sports supplies and equipment
  • Monitor activities to ensure safety and provide first aid when necessary
Supervision

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.
