Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team at Raven Concrete Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Laborer will assist in various tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in framing and building structures.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards
