Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Le Groupe Master. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for operating stand-up forklifts, managing orders, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate stand-up forklifts to load and unload products, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Manage and retrieve orders in our distribution system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare precise orders for our HVAC-R clients, verifying each order for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience operating a stand-up forklift, preferably the Raymond Reach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Punctuality and reliability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Forklift certifications are a plus, but not required.
