About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter Helper to join our team at New Leaf Painting Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will assist our painters in various tasks related to construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Instruct and Train: Provide guidance and instruction to apprentices and new team members on painting and construction techniques.
  • Mix and Apply Materials: Assist in mixing and applying materials such as concrete and asphalt, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Clean and Maintain: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants on site.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Work Environment

You will work outdoors, at heights, and underground, in various locations. This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work under pressure.
