Position Overview

The Huron Club Restaurant & Bar Inc. is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to enhance our kitchen team. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality meal preparation and maintaining kitchen standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and maintaining records of food and equipment.

  • Assist in organizing buffets and banquets as needed.
