REPORTING TO: Branch Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales initiatives to engage with current clientele in the designated region.
  • Recognize and reach out to prospective customers and clients.
  • Advise clients on product selections that align with their requirements.
  • Deliver post-sale assistance and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Calculate maintenance costs for equipment and products.
  • Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Standards, as the organization prioritizes the safety and well-being of its workforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in increasing sales.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with the agricultural sector and its equipment is advantageous.
