Sabzi Mandi Supermarket is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and planning budgets to ensure the success of our store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure merchandise for resale
  • Plan and monitor budgets, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours of work per week
