Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Mayrose Cornejo. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, ensuring timely medical attention if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift and transfer clients as needed.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Will train, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
