Position Overview:
This full-time, permanent role is essential in supporting the Agriculture Client Advisor. Responsibilities include:
- Processing documentation and invoicing premiums
- Preparing cover letters and producing certificates of insurance
- Managing schedules and claims reporting
- Collecting receivables and maintaining comprehensive file documentation
- Assisting with farm renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Maintaining activity lists as needed (including endorsements, account discrepancies, etc.)
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Level 1 Broker License
- Working knowledge of insurance document management software (EPIC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
