Your Role as a Baker

As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking a variety of bread products from scratch, using traditional recipes and techniques. You'll work closely with your team to ensure that our bakery is clean and well-organized, and that our customers receive excellent service.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and bake bread products, including mixing, kneading, and shaping dough
  • Work with your team to maintain a clean and safe bakery environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your baking skills and knowledge
