About the Role:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients with a variety of needs, including wound care management.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other nursing interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Minimum of two years' experience in community or clinical/hospital setting.
