Job Title: Head Janitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Janitor to join our team at Clean Corp Building Maintenance Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Head Janitor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
