Key Responsibilities:
  • Workplace Maintenance: Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and ready for use, regularly checking and maintaining the spaces to keep them in top condition.
  • Employee Support: Handle and resolve officerelated questions and problems efficiently, providing exceptional customer service to our employees.
  • Vendor Management: Order and restock food, snacks, and office supplies as needed, working closely with vendors to ensure good service and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams like AV/IT, Security, and property management to ensure smooth operations and achieve our business goals.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Track and manage reports, metrics, and documentation on SharePoint, supporting the team by documenting processes, suggesting improvements, and identifying workflow issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in workplace management, facilities, or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of building control systems, environmental systems, workplace technology, and audio/visual is a plus.
  • Experience managing vendors and implementing corporate safety programs.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Friendly, energetic, and professional customer service attitude.
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and detailoriented.
  • Selfmotivated, eager to learn, and able to manage workload independently.
  • Able to collaborate with other departments in the company.
