Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Classifier Milling Systems Cor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  • Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
