As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and buying materials and supplies for our road construction and maintenance equipment.

• Keeping records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory
• Coordinating with our engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Negotiating contracts and terms with vendors and suppliers
• Placing orders and tracking deliveries and shipments
• Reviewing and updating purchase orders and invoices
• Tracking and reporting on cost savings, delivery time, and supplier performance
• Maintaining records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory
• Resolving issues or problems with vendors, suppliers, or deliveries

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or related field
• Experience as a Purchaser, Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Knowledge of the road construction and maintenance equipment industry and its products is an asset
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
