Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide input on technical decisions.
  • Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop and implement technical strategies.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop software solutions that meet those needs.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions with other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Quality Assurance
  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high-quality software code.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve software defects.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure software quality and reliability.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Technical Expertise
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using.NET, Angular, and C#.
  • Experience with Azure and Kubernetes is an asset.
Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Proven leadership and technical expertise to lead and mentor junior developers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education
  • Degree from a recognized Canadian university in Engineering or IT.
