Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: No formal degree or certification is required, as we provide on-the-job training to ensure our team members have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Work Experience: We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, as we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
  • Work Setting: Our farm is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we cover relocation costs for our employees to ensure they can focus on their work.
  • Tasks:
    • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth.
    • Clean the crops to maintain high standards of quality.
    • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
    • Cultivate crops on our vertical farming system to maximize yields and minimize waste.
    • Cut agricultural crops to prepare them for market.
    • Cut agricultural seed according to farm standards to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots to optimize sales and minimize waste.
    • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry to ensure efficient logistics and minimize damage.
