About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at JM TECH & CONSULTING INC. as a Digital Solutions Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Requirements Development: Consult with clients to develop and document Website requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Design and Development: Prepare mock-ups and storyboards, design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the client's needs.
  • Content Creation: Create and optimize content for the Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop Website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Android, Microsoft Visio, HTML, 3D graphic software, image editing software, programming software, HTML editing software, software development, data analysis software, MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a strong attention to detail.
