Job Title: Hydrovac Swamper

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a skilled Hydrovac Swamper to join our team. As a Hydrovac Swamper, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our hydrovac trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient excavation of utilities and other underground infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate hydrovac trucks to excavate utilities and other underground infrastructure
  • Perform routine maintenance on hydrovac equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure all work is done in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other crew members to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Swamper on a Hydrovac Truck or equivalent
  • CSTS-09 or CSTS-2020, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance Level 2 certifications
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and confined spaces
  • Valid Class 3 driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
