Role Summary
The Head of Graduate Programs is tasked with overseeing the student experience across UBC's prestigious graduate degree offerings. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality service delivery to all professional graduate student cohorts by leading a dedicated team and collaborating with faculty both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Contribute to the development of the strategic vision for the graduate school, aligning with broader institutional goals.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of graduate programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of students and industry.

2. Enhancing Student Experience
- Implement systems to track and improve student satisfaction, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure that academic programs meet the highest standards of quality.

3. Operational Management
- Lead the management of student records and registration processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
