Position Overview

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment

The work environment can be noisy, requiring attention to detail and focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize your workspace to ensure efficiency.
  • Guide and mentor apprentices in the trade.
  • Replace and repair various components including front ends, body parts, doors, and underbody elements.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by filing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Mask and tape surfaces to ensure clean paint application.
  • Utilize tools to remove dents and imperfections.
  • Detach damaged parts and install replacements securely.
  • Fix or substitute interior components as needed.
  • Repair or replace windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Mix and match paint colors for seamless repairs.
  • Employ soldering tools or plastic fillers to address holes and seams.
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment.
Physical and Personal Attributes
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated reliability and teamwork skills.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. This is a permanent position with a standard workweek of 35 hours.
