Food Service Manager

Whitecourt Pizza Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ordering as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
