Position Overview:
As a Solar Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients in their residences, utilizing leads provided by the company or generating your own to enhance your commission potential. Your goal will be to educate homeowners on the advantages of solar energy and present various options for adopting solar technology. Comprehensive training and resources will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Key Qualifications:
- Reside in the designated sales area
- Possess reliable transportation for in-home consultations
- Comfortable using technology to deliver presentations
- Able to effectively close sales with qualified homeowners
- Minimum age of 18 years

Responsibilities:
- Work independently outside of a traditional office setting within your assigned sales territory.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Participate in 2-3 sales training sessions each week.
- Engage in competitive sales challenges at both the office and company levels.
- Conduct solar consultations, educating clients about renewable energy and guiding them through the sales process.
- Address any inquiries or concerns from customers.
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
