Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing various tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Paving and raking asphalt
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and debris at construction sites
Requirements:
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Experience with operating heavy equipment such as bobcats, moles, and concrete saws
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and reliability
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards associated with construction work.
