As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while advising on equipment condition, performing tuning and repair services, and working together with teammates to maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on equipment condition and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Perform high-quality tuning and repair services for guests, ensuring their equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- May be required to perform other duties such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a related field.
- Display advanced mechanical aptitude and ability to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance, or repairs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English.
