As a leading family practice and 24-hour Emergency and Referral Center in New Brunswick, our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including cardiac ultrasound, CT scans, radio-iodine therapy, and advanced surgical capabilities.
Our diverse team of over 75 professionals, including 16 veterinarians, comprises specialists such as a clinical behaviorist and experienced surgeons.
With over 30 years of AAHA accreditation, we have established ourselves as a pioneer in advanced veterinary care, also holding a Gold-level Cat Friendly Practice accreditation.
We are currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian with a focus on Orthopedic Surgery to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of our orthopedic team, you will engage in a variety of surgical procedures, including:
- Femoral Head Osteotomy (for both canine and feline patients)
- Patella luxation surgeries (both unilateral and bilateral)
- Spinal surgeries (IVDD)
- Fracture repairs (simple and complex with hardware)
- Ulnar Osteotomy (unilateral and bilateral)
- Fractured Coronoid Process repairs (FCP)
Leadership:
You will work closely with Dr. Francis Arsenault, our Medical Director, and Dr. Lethan Dwan, an Associate Veterinarian renowned for expertise in advanced surgical techniques.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Licensure (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in New Brunswick
- A strong commitment to client education and relationship building
