About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at PIZZA TWINS. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Kitchen Operations: Clean kitchen and work areas, manage kitchen operations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Culinary Expertise: Develop and maintain knowledge of various cuisines, including Canadian, Greek, Italian, European, gluten-free, and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or food service establishment.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
