We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Ocean Resort Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
    • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a high level of cleanliness
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
    • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and clean sleeping environment
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests
    • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning
    • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene
    • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Guest Services
    • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth guest experience
    • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service
    • Provide basic information on facilities to guests
  • General Maintenance
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment
    • Launder clothing and household linens to ensure a clean and hygienic supply
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
    • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Communication
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience an asset
    • Willing to relocate
