About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a People Function Coordinator. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, performance reviews, benefits administration, HRIS ownership, and developing training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Administer benefits programs, including health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Own and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends, laws, and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Experience with HRIS systems, recruitment, and training is an asset.

Requirements:

  • University degree or post-grad education in Human Resources Management
  • Obtained or pursuing CHRP designation
  • Previous Human Resources work experience considered an asset
  • Interest in recruitment and hiring
  • Experience using an HRIS system, WorkForceNow considered an asset
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously on a variety of roles
