As a Lead Marketing Science Strategist, you will work closely with the retail media division to create scalable solutions that yield exceptional retail media results. You will oversee a team of Marketing Science experts, driving innovation in measurement capabilities and delivering actionable insights that enable marketers to make data-driven decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing in-depth knowledge of the retail media landscape and marketing solutions
  • Leading a team to brainstorm, prototype, assess, and convey measurement capabilities
  • Crafting outstanding measurement methodologies, including predictive analytics and media mix optimization
  • Consulting with external clients and training internal stakeholders on best practices for informed decision-making

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
  • Over 8 years of experience in measurement science, media analytics, or a comparable discipline
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and the ability to apply essential metrics for decision-making
  • A passion for innovation and problem-solving
