Job Summary

We are seeking a specialist with extensive experience in vessel equipment planned maintenance to help us define and implement next-generation processes for better managing our assets and increasing the reliability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement rotation schedules of ship personnel in accordance with CSL's procedures, specified experience, and qualification requirements.
  • Provide support and assistance to shipboard senior management in the implementation of the collective agreement, safety, and on-board management.
  • Work in collaboration with shipboard and shore-based groups to implement CSL's safety culture.
  • Respond to and deal with crew-related emergencies after hours and on weekends on a rotational basis.
  • Monitor and facilitate return-to-work programs and coordinate the efforts of the crewing team and the CSL risk department to promote return to work.
Qualifications and Skills
  • College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field such as Logistics.
  • BAC would be an asset.
  • Relevant experience in crew logistics or logistics.
  • Assets: experience in a transportation industry, in HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast, dynamic environment and manage priorities.
  • Fluent in French and English, verbal and written.
