Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma or equivalent acceptable
