Architectural Design:
  • Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into modern, standardized technical solutions.
  • Drive initiatives to modernize and standardize our Salesforce environment, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement the latest Salesforce features and technologies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce implementation.

Technical Leadership:
  • Provide robust technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers.
  • Mentor team members on best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce architecture.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Salesforce strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align Salesforce solutions with broader business goals and objectives.
  • Perform hands-on development and customization of Salesforce solutions when necessary.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce development and deployment best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and deployment guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, to deliver successful Salesforce implementations.


YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Salesforce certifications, including Certified Application Architect and Certified System Architect.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
