Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to nursing facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records to support patient care and treatment.

- Monitor patient health status and progress, providing timely updates and interventions as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- BLS/CPR certification and knowledge of Med Surg principles.
- Immunization record, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Two-Step TB.
Work Arrangements:
- Fixed-term contract with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Competitive hourly rate of $45.00.
