We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at International Water-Guard Industries Inc. as a key member of our purchasing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Source and procure general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to meet the needs of our organization.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Contract Management
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Review and approve quotations and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Develop and implement inventory management systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of procurement staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
