We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Thunder Bay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate additional services such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement as needed.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
