About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Narinder Singh. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy living environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to support clients' dietary needs
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to our team
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Flexibility, reliability, patience, and honesty are essential qualities for this role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
