Staff Solicitor

West Toronto Community Legal Services (WTCLS) is seeking a skilled Staff Solicitor to join our team. As a Staff Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing our social assistance practice, participating in inter-clinic working groups, and delivering public legal education.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the clinic's social assistance practice, including ODSP, OW, CPP, EI, and OAS.
- Participate in inter-clinic working groups on income security and associated projects.
- Deliver public legal education to the community.
- Enrol in pension plan and group benefits.
