About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pipelayer to join our team at Hall Constructors. As a Pipelayer, you will play a critical role in the installation of pipes and utilities for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a crew and mainline machine to install pipes and utilities
  • Set up and use a pipe laser to ensure accurate pipe installation
  • Read and interpret cut sheets and grade sheets to plan and execute pipe installation
  • Direct heavy-duty equipment safely and accurately
  • Lead the installation of general pipe, utilities, and backfilling processes
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in pipe installation or a related field
  • Ability to set up a pipe laser and understand pipe installation fundamentals
  • Understanding of drawings and ability to carry out tape measure layout
  • Ability to read and understand cut sheets and look ahead at the next step of work
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere and provide exceptional customer service
