We are seeking a skilled Retail Meat Cutter to join our team at Al Shukran Groceries INC. As a Retail Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut and trim meats to meet customer specifications
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for display
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
  • Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters
  • Grind meats and prepare special orders
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats
Work Environment

As a Retail Meat Cutter, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and lift heavy objects. You must be physically fit and able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
